FAQs

Answer:

TLC representatives work throughout Russia. Our experts are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara and other cities. We stay in touch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which facilitates communication with all regions, including the Far East.

Answer:

Technologies Localization Center is one of the few companies operating in this market that receives remuneration only if the result is obtained — your products are included in the relevant register

Answer:

Technologies Localization Center has experience in a wide variety of industries. Among our employees there are experts with practical experience in production: shipbuilding, machine tool building, radio electronics, valve manufacturing and a number of other industries. Machine-tool building is one of the most promising industries in the field of localization and confirmation of the Russian origin of products. Therefore, of course, TLC works in this area and has a lot of accumulated experience.

Answer:

In most cases, documents are collected on site and submitted remotely through the GISP portal. TLC assists in the preparation, collection, verification of documents and remote application submission.

The exception is the register of telecommunications equipment, where it is better to submit documents in paper form. But here, too, TLC is ready to help you by ensuring the submission of documents to the address from hand to hand. You only need to send documents to our address.

Answer:

We offer a completely free preliminary examination for inclusion in the register. We always pre-check the client’s company, find out the conditions for the production of products, analyze the risks together with the client. If the products meet the requirements of regulatory documents, an agreement is concluded between the client and TLC. Next, work begins on the preparation, collection, verification of documents and remote application submission.

Answer:

Yes of course. TLC is one of the few companies on the market that helps prepare documents for inclusion in the Register of telecommunications equipment. This procedure has a number of serious features and differs significantly from the usual register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation or even the Register of radio-electronic products.

Answer:

With the correct preparation of documents, it is possible to go through all the approvals in 42 working days. At the same time, as our experience shows, delayed submission of documents by the customer can increase the terms of work with the application. For industrial products, the terms for passing all stages of the examination are usually 60-65 days, for telecommunications equipment — about 90 days.
